Không có ADS-B , có vào được Úc ???

Máy bay mà hỏng ADS-B thì về nguyên tắc thì vẫn bay vào đc. Nhưng có một vài điều kiện sau đây ???

The authorisation in section 4 is subject to the following conditions:
(a) the aircraft must be equipped with an SSR transponder;

(b) for operations in OCA and Oceanic Class G Airspace — the operation must
be planned but may be planned at any flight level or altitude;

(c) for operations in Continental Airspace — the operation must be planned
below FL290;

(d) for operations in SSR surveillance airspace — the operation may proceed at
or above FL290 only if the pilot of the aircraft is given clearance for the
flight by ATC;

(e) the flight plan for the operation must include the following details at
item 18 of the plan: RMK/NIL ADSB AUTH.

IFR AIRCRAFT WITHOUT ADS-B 1.3 The authorisation or exemption under which an aircraft is
operating has implications for the airspace in which the operation
may be performed and the clearance which may be issued by
ATC. For this reason it is important that the conditions of the
authorisation or exemption are clearly understood by both pilot
and ATC, and that the flight plan is correctly annotated.

2.1 From 17 August 2017, AIP is amended to show three distinct
remarks which may be included after RMK/ in item 18 of a flight
plan to indicate the particular ADS-B authorisation or exemption
under which the flight is operating.

2.2 The remarks are:
a. NIL ADSB AUTH. Used when operating under CASA
Instruments 113/16 or 114/16;

b. ADSB EXEMPT. Used when operating under an individual
CASA exemption or authorisation; or

c. ATC APPROVED NIL ADSB. Used when authorised by
ATC to operate with an unserviceable ADS-B.

2.3 For the purposes of flight planning there should be no hyphen in

• Civil Aviation Order (CAO) 20.18
• CAO 82.1
• CAO 82.3
